- What Cutting Edge Claims Ltd will do for you?
(a) We will assess your pension plan and basic information. If appropriate, pursue on your behalf, a claim for compensation.
(b) We will provide this service for you on a no win no fee basis. We will charge you £199 only if you are awarded more than £2000.00 regardless of the compensation being paid into your pension or paid as cash.
(c) We will correspond and negotiate with the insurer on your behalf in this action.
(d) We will inform you of all offers that we receive from the insurer; evaluate them and advise you in writing whether we consider it to be in your interests to accept or to reject.
(e) We will endeavour at all times to provide you with the professional and dedicated service that you deserve. We will use all reasonable skill and care in the processing of your claim.
(g) We will always act in your best interests in pursuing your claim and obtaining for you the best results.
(h) We will keep in contact with you on a regular basis.
- What we expect from you:
(a) To provide us promptly with all relevant information and items we request to enable us to pursue your claim
(b) To provide us with clear instructions. We need the letter of authority signed.
(c) To read all of our Terms & Conditions and to sign and return.
(d) To retain a copy of our Terms & Conditions for your own reference.
(e) Provide us with your authority to correspond and negotiate with your insurer by signing the Letter of Authority.
- Cancelling this Agreement (please note there is a cancelation notice available on our website www.serpsreviews.co.uk):
(a) In the event that we cancel this Agreement because we have advised you that your claim is unlikely to succeed, no fee will be payable by you.
(b) You may terminate the Agreement at any time in any way (verbal or written). You have the right to seek further advice or shop around.
(c) After receiving an offer over £2000 that you accept, you can terminate this agreement but you must pay the £199 fee within 14 days.
(d) You can cancel this contract at any period without any charge unless you have accepted an offer (see 4c above).
This Agreement is a legally binding contract and in signing it you are accepting its Terms & Conditions.
- Data Protection Statement
We collect personal information about you both when you apply for our services and from your insurers as authorised by you. We may also collect further information as a result of managing your Claim.
We will use your personal information to provide our services to you, and in particular:
- Prepare your Claim;
- Negotiate with your insurers on your behalf;
- Keep you informed about your Claim
You may let us know if you do not want us to use or disclose your personal information as set out above.
Other than set out above, we will only disclose your personal information to the extent required by law, court order or as requested by other government or law enforcement authorities, or to any company or other entity to whom we either transfer or subcontract any or all our obligations to you under this Agreement.
You may contact our Data Protection Officer in writing at any time at the address given below for further information or if you want to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you or to ask us to amend any inaccurate information held by us. If you request a
copy of personal information we hold about you we will charge you a fee of £10. This will be sent to you within 40 days of us receiving cleared payment of the fee.
Our aim is to handle your complaint fairly, consistently and quickly, in particular ensuring that we understand the nature of your concerns and the redress you are seeking.

Acknowledging your complaint – We will send an acknowledgement within 5 business days from receipt of your complaint.
Investigating your complaint – Your complaint will be investigated by a senior case handler and overseen by our office manager. We will be as thorough as possible and aim to resolve your complaint promptly, giving you reasons for our decision. If we are unable to send you a final response within 4 weeks, we will contact you and explain why. We will then endeavour to issue our final response within the next 4 weeks.
Informing you of our decision – We will write to you with a full account of our investigation and our decision. Our final response will include details of your options if you are not happy with the outcome of the investigation, or we have been unable to reach a decision within the timescales given. Please note that you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman after a period of 8 weeks or after you have received our final response.
